Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept your return within 14 days* of receiving your order for orders placed from 12/23/25. For Christmas orders placed between 11/17 and 12/05, the return period is extended until 01/05/26. For orders placed between 12/06 and 12/22, the return period is 30 days from receipt. For all orders from 11/17 to 12/22, to obtain your return form and prepaid label, please send a request to eshop@no-name.fr.
After this period, returns will be automatically refused.
Each return is inspected by our team. To be accepted, shoes must be in the condition you received them: new and unworn, with all accessories (laces, bag, etc.) and in their original packaging.
Important: the shoe box must not be used as a shipping carton; it must arrive intact and clean for resale.
Please be careful when trying on the shoes.
We recommend trying shoes on a clean surface, such as carpet or rug, to avoid damaging the sole.
Returns of shoes with damaged soles preventing resale will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met, if the product is damaged, or for hygiene reasons. In such cases, the products will be returned to you.

Return shipping is free within mainland France for any order of €80 or more. Outside mainland France, returns are at the customer’s expense (see Terms & Conditions). You are free to choose your carrier. Your order must be returned cleared for customs, meaning you will be responsible for transport and customs fees. If additional charges are requested by the carrier upon receipt, they will be deducted from your refund.

A - Initiate a return

  • In My Account, go to the "Order History" section.
  • Click on the number of your most recent order and select the item you wish to return (The checkbox will not appear if the return period has expired. In that case, please contact our Customer Service).
  • Below, fill out the "Return Merchandise" form, indicating the reason for your return.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund first, then place a new order. This ensures faster delivery and avoids stock issues.
  • Then, click "Generate Return" to submit your request.

B - Track your return

  • Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and the status of your return will change to "Awaiting Parcel".
    The return approval can be found in the "My Returns" section, and we recommend printing it to include inside your return package.
    For returns within mainland France, also print the return label and attach it to your package.
  • We normally process returns within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
    During peak periods, this may take up to 7 business days.
